They will pin fine with 99% but you need to lower your humidity for fruiting.

You need a timer. You'll have to figure out the settings for yourself though. Its too hard to say exactly.

When the humidity gets to 92 then have the timer switch the air off, then when it drops to 85 have it switch back on. Whatever that period of time is is what you need to set it at...ok?

I have my bubbler running 24/7 with only two small casings. RH is still constantly at 98%.

Perhaps we need to create larger holes in the sides.
