I think you need a docs note in some states but in those cases, they don't know why you want the syringe, maybe you are going to fill them with drugs and give them to kids.

But when we sell you one already filled with spores, its obvious what you are going to use it for.

Also, none of the vendors that I know of are registered companies. They don't have to answer to any government regulations, etc. It's kinda like buying something at a yard sale...no taxes, no reciepts, its a private deal between individuals.

i cant speak for all states, but in RI it is legal to buy syringes, i just walk into any pharm and ask em for one. I guess it was once illegal to sell them to anyone that walks in, but new laws have been passed. The government must have relised if people have drugs they are going to do it, either we sell them clean syringes for like $0.50, or they are just going to use some old syringe they used the other night. So make it legal and just let them OD like nature had intended instead of getting some virus.

A lot of people use syringes for insaline(if i spelled that right) just say you use it for that =)

when i ordered a box of syringes i browed past 10cc syringes that were labeled for insuline use. But maybe they messed up, i dunno, just brought it up =)
