how long does it take for my mycelium to appear in the jar?(for gt)
It's been one week and nothing appears, whereas my ecuador have fully colonized my jar in one week

you might have had a bad syringe.
or you might have a bacterial contam.
they might just be slow.
wait another week....if they don't start by then.....chances are they aren't gonna!

hey road, heres a funny story...

I had these AC syringes from a friend

basically for 2 weeks they did nothing and I asked him about the syringe cause ive gotten alot from him in the past...

Well after 2 weeks I saw nothing so i was gonna throw em away, but i waited another week...

This week I look at them and there 90% colonized........ very strange huh

very strange.

I'd have kept them too.....but would have started something else.

I have never had to wait over a week for colonization to start...personally.
