second flush preperation

I have just had my first flush with psyli.. and can find no descriptions on what i should do with the small immature carpophores i was so careful not to remove during cropping, they dont seem to be growing and if they arent the later flushes then I am afraid they will rot where they are [not good]..are they aborts or future crop? thanks for any info ..

Keep an eye on them, if they don't grow, they are abhorts. There heads will turn black, and when they rot, there heads will come off easily, and when you try to pull them off the cake they'll rip and you'll need to really pick it all of and it's messy. Wait for the second flush, wait for a whole new set of pins if they turn out to be abhorts.
