Im going away for 5 days, what do I do??!?!?!

Hi, I have 2 fully colonized myco bags that I started exposing to light 5-6 days ago, but now I have to go away to the beach for 5 days. Will the bags be fine if they are left in the dark for 5 days? thanks

have they started to pin? if so you'd probably be able to pick them as soon as you get home....that shouldnt be a problem. Either way you should be okay.
Even if you have to leave them in the dark....if they dont grow they dont grow. Then just expose them again when you get back. If they do, you should get back in time.

cool thanks for the advice. Im not sure if they have started pinning cause there is some light mycelium growing up the sides of both bags so its kinda hard to see in there.

put them in the fridge to stop/slow growth until you return.
