It's the only way to drink the bloody stuff! How do you drink tea WITHOUT it? that's what I want to know.

I'm drinking peppermint tea with milk, honey and a drop of rum right now. It's weird combo, but I like it.

Vanilla soy milk in green tea is good.
If you add cow's milk to tea, you destroy a lot of the flavonoids, or whatever is beneficial in tea. Soy milk is okay to use, tho.

All is a miracle.” -Thich Nhat Hanh

Black tea is the kind you're supposed to put milk in, as per British tradition.
Your standard earl grey variety you should add lemon to.

milk in tea....
I never use milk in my tea....I like my coffee black so naturally I don't add anything to my tea. I enjoy and very strong brew.
