5 Gallon Bucket Tek

I've been getting tired of the time it takes to punch holes and fill 1/2 pint jars and would rather make bulk substrate in a bucket... and take it out once its colonized for casing. What is the best method for sterilizing the substrate? I have a 22qt pressure cooker, so possibly the myco bags and then dump that into the bucket? Or should I just go myco bags the whole way? Is there a standard for ammount of spore solution that should be used with a certian volume of substrate? Thanks for your help.

use QT jars with hartz brand parakeet seed using bluehoneys method..works great

if you mean to open the sterilized bags in a dirty (non sterilized) environment, then that is a bad idea.
As suggested try quart size jars with grain.
