When I pulled my cakes out earlier today, they had little beads of water on the inside of the jars. My mycelium was very healthy and no, the water will not hurt it. I had a heating pad under my jars also. The heating pad is the greatest thing in the world!!!

Although excessive water pooled in your jar is a bad thing. It is ok to have some water in your jar as beads. Looking Good :wink:

Just as Mage and Halo said - small water beads are ok as long as they don't form into relative big pools of water in the bottom area of the jar...
