so when searchin for a place to put my jars, a space was found between a computer and a subwoofer(sp?) This space is kept at a temp of 80 - 82 degrees. But because the subwoofer is used quite often will the vibrations and sound it gives off effect the growth of mycelium?

unless u've got a really heavy duty woofer that causes a shitload of vibration (u konw like the ones that shake furnature) it wouldn't be a problem. i'm thinking excessive vibration from a superwoofer would loosen/break the cake or mycelium. also if it's close to the woofer/on the woofer there will be little to no vibration because woofers increase in effect as u distance yourself from them.
