honey water tek

What should mycelial growth look like in honey water? I took a colonized chunk of a B+ cake, dipped it in dilute H2O2, and put it in the steriliezed honey water with a dash of H202 for good luck. It's been 2-3 days and now thier's a sort of murky white look to the water. Is this normal?

yea thats sounds cool. I did the honey water tek...worked like a charm with absolutly no contaminations. You might also see some skin looking mycelium floating around. Good luck to you!
