can you explain how to do this test
it might sound dumb but trust me everyone talks about it but i cant find out how to do it

Just make a fist and pound the shit out of your leg or arm. If you're adventurous, try your face. I guarantee it'll bruise blue. Seriously, though. Just squeeze or break the stem near the base of the stalk. Look for blue.
