i know i should look for these online but i have been reading everywhere for like 6 hours now and havent found anything but dead ends really so if u could help me and tell me if these are phyc's and if so how strong and what name i would really appreciate it
the info on them is they were found in a horse manure pile 2 days after a rain

That first pic is definitely a nice healthy cluster of Panaeolus subbalteatus. They are quite weak as far as potency goes, taking about 5 dried grams to feel anything at all and about 10 dried grams to get full effects.

Nice score man!! If your still unsure about your find and want to make abesolutly sure, take prints, they drop fast with subbs, about 3-4 hours and you should have a nice jet black spore print. I can prmoise you those are subbs though, I've picked enough of them in horse fields to know em when I see em.

Have fun with them....and be sure to dry them, there has been severe stomach discomfort associated with eating fresh subbs.

With some mushrooms, you can verify its spore color by lightly brushing the gills with a clean, Damp, white, paper towel... i have done this before at least..
