 Innoculation-How long until first mycelial growth?

Hey everyone!
How long, on average does it take until mycelium is first visible in PK jars? PK tek sais 3-5 days, Simple Cubensis Growing Technique sais 5-7 day.... On average how long does it take for mycelium to be first visible?
I ask because it has been 3 days and my Puerto Rican jars show no sighns at all of mycelial growth, should i be worried?

I wouldn't be worried. I would try to have a little more patience thogh. You are going to end up killing yourself with doubt. Remember, you still have a month until harvest. Make that time as easy onyourself as possible.

At ideal temperatures I can see mycal growth in less than 2 days if the spores are very fresh...however...I would look more towards 3-5 days. If the spore are older or a non-aggressive strain you may have to wait 7-14 days.

i got some weird premycelical jell stuf in like 2 days and the the real fluffy white stuff in like 1 - 2 weeks..

The jars are Puerto Ricans from spore works, which i have heard to be pretty agressive. The temperature it kept between 80 and 82 degrees, i know it should be higher but i cant get it there with my heating system.

Alright well i looked at them today and there was about 1/2" circle of mycelium in each jar except 1....

If you dont use an incubator or keep them at around 80-82 degrees it will take significantly longer.

I just got some B+ from sporeworks... Mine aren't going anywhere either...I inoculated friday 6pm so I'm hoping to see growth by Tuesday. I also heard sporeworks has old spores that have been sitting on shelves in syringes for god knows how long so that might be an issue...

It's been like 2 days since inoculation for me, and I don't see anything visible yet. I am experimenting with one jar, I open air inoculated it, and I'm keeping it at a higher temp. I wonder if it'll contam? lol

my sporeworks syringe was created less than a week before i recieved it and it was clearly dated. it was GTs and been almost a week and only the smallest signs of myc @ inoculation points patience is key... there are a variety of other factors too like moisture content how fine ur sub was if u packed it in too dense etc just wait it out... if they dont germinate and u are sure u have had optimal conditions it might be that u had a bunk syringe and id simply send sporeworks a friendly e-mail explaining the situation and they might send u a fresh syringe
3 days is hardly enough time to tell tho just put them somewhere and forget about em for 2 or 3 days
