what should I do-cake issues

newbie here-working on first batch.

I have a jar that has mycelium growth only on one side of the jar. It appears as though spores were not injected on the other side. Should I just wait and let nature take its course. Or should I open jar and crumble/mix and reseal with verm. on top?

The rest of my cakes look good!

any advice.
