Dear vendors,
I read this forum with great joy, the little battle zone 
I see many posts about your shipment "problems" and impatient customers.
I also see you all advertise with fast shipping and stuff.
So I was thinking of a vendor contest in which you all can show your skills in being a vendor.
I see 3 options:
1st: I make some orders without you vendors knowing that it is me and see what happens. It is quite easy for me to see how long it will take. Or...
2nd: I make some orders with you knowing that is me... Or....
3rd: I give a order to you guys, letting you know it is about this contest, you ship the product to me for free. This way you can prove how fast your shipping can go really!!! See who does best and second best, etc.
 THE PRODUCTS SENT AND RECEIVED WILL BE GIVEN AWAY IN A CONTEST WHICH WILL BE MADE POSSIBLE BY YOU VENDORS
Well vendors, let me know what you think about it!

For sure no arguments on Boxtops shipping, quality of packages, or quality of products. The personal touch from Butterfly is nice as well
BTW Box, those creepers come along nicely, though PF Stroph is a tad quicker in colonizing.

That is very true BT and it is people like you who keep the peace.
We get complaints semi-often but peole are so used to spore vendors who can ship almost immediatley we can not we ship as fast as we can we do not have a huge stock of pre-sterilized goods sitting around we start each order as we get to them and if 10 people order in 1 day and we can only get 4 orders of presterilzed goods done it a day it causes back up.
Other then that we are good and hoped that you would buy some supplies we will get to you as fast as we can.

We ship our products in a timely fashion as well. Presterilized substrate takes a little longer if it is freshly prepared. (I'm not aware of any vendors who send out substrate that has not been freshly prepared). I personally would prefer freshly prepared substrate as opposed to substrate that has been sitting on someone?s shelf for a few weeks.
You will find that vendors who offer more than just syringes will have a small delay in shipping time. When it comes to supplies, you must take into consideration that a vendors manufacturer/supplier may have a back order on a particular item which will in turn effect the time it takes to get to you (the customer).
Distance also plays a factor in shipping time. We could all offer overnight shipping, but then we would have to pass on the additional cost to the consumer.
Overall, i believe that the shipping time for this industry is extremely fast compared to other industries.
