transfer?

Little help guys> I want to colonize 12 quart jars of grain (birdseed) with a fully colonized GT cake (birdseed). but my prob is that i don't have a flow hood or a very big glove box. So should i just do the jars in shifts( sterlizing after each 4 jars) or is there a way to do it without the glove box in so that i won't get serious contams?This is my first try at grain to grain transfer so any help or links would be appreciated. Thanks

Use the oven tek...search for it...its around...
