7 different syringes....will they work together?

I have 7 various strains of syringes, (Cambodia,Tai Lypa, Koh Samui, GT, EQ's, Tasmanan, and Gulf Coast) and would like to grow them all at once. I was gonna use rye grain or wheat berries 4 a substrate. Spawn in Manure, and case in coca coir. So what I was wondering is will al these strains take to this substrate, and be successful? Also what is better Rye Grain, or Wheat Berries ?

you can grow them next to each other......yes!

you can't mix them together......if that is what you meant.

so they would be seperate.....in jars and in casings.

they all should do well on horse poo!

and Rye Grain is better....IMO

Will store bought cow poo, sheep poo work as a substitute for horse poo?

Where can one buy poo at the store? I live in CA and cannot find any. The closest thing is deer compost that is being carried at Home Depot, but I don't think that it will work due to all the extra stuff they add in there.

Man at Canadian Tire there was a skid of bags of cow shit, and sheep shit, but it's that composted manure (What ever that means). All I'm wondering is if this stuff would work, cause I read sumwhere this shit don't work well.
