Ok, Since ive decided to do this experiment im 2 peices of the puzzle short. Brf and Verm. I got a pressure cooker, 12 1/2 pint jars, perlite, spores, and misc. sterile work stuff..heres question #1 Where do u buy verm at? Garden Store? and is it exactly the same as the stuff u order on the net? #2 Where do u get Brf?

(1) I got mine at Lowes. I went to Home Depot, and they stocked it, but they were temporarily out of it. I went to Lowes, and they had it. You might want to check garden-oriented stores, as well.

(2) I was unable to find brown rice, so I just bought a coffee grinder and some brown rice. Coffee grinders should be easy enough to find, and most grocery stores have brown rice.

Ya, you should be able to find your verm at a plant or garden shop. Get the fine stuff.

The brown rice flour is easily found at most health food stores, usually in a bulk bin.

Verm i found at a local garden center... the brf was a problem for me as well to find so i also ended up buying a coffee grinder and some brown rice. coffee grinder isnt expensive (whew)..lol and alot of people actually think it is alot better to grind your own rice brown rice anyway ..price of coffee grinders i seen ranged between 15.00 and 20.00 dollars..hope this helps and good luck!
