Pressure Cooker Problems.

Hello, I have an old, used 6-QUART pressure cooker, with no manual.

I can fit 10 half-pint jars in it.

I can't find the answer to my question:
How much water goes in the bottom of the pressure cooker, and I can stack 5 jars on 5 jars right?

About an inch of water in the cooker, and yes you can stack the jars.

If your pressure cooker doesnt go to 15psi can u run it longer on a lower setting?

Yes, jsut do it a little longer.

But if you turn it on fullblast, it'll reach 15psi.
