Casing Question

If you patch a casing and then some mycelium throughout the cake comes up but the patched layers havent broke through yet is it okay to place in terrarium? Will mycelium stil grow with lower temps.I mean if I have mycelium shwing I should have enough to get at least some mushes goin on its first flush.right? Do I really need to put back in incubator for it to pinn correctly? It is only coloized in little places throughout the casing.Someone help.
