I was jus wanting a few opinions on if this should work. 2 10gal fish aquariums bottom one right side up with a mini heater and a 18" bubbler with enough water to cover heater/bubbler. screen lid then other aquarium on top upside down. pretty constant temp of 80 farh and humidity of 95% to 98%

Two main things I see wrong is no FAE, and temp too high. I think you're confusing incubators with fruiting chambers. A fish tank pump will not deliver anywhere near the air exchange you need, especially with an upside down aquarium for the fruits to sit. The air above will stagnate.
All you need is to put damp perlite in the bottom of one of the aquariums, then put your cakes in on foil or jar lids. cover loosely with whatever you have, but allow air to exchange. Save the other one for when your projects outgrow the first one. RR

understandable, i planned on manually doing FAE by lifting top aqua and fanning. Prech RogerRabbit.
so basically simple is better. jus use a storage tank and moist vermeculite and birth cakes on lids and set on bottom n cover with a clear trash bag

Perlite, not vermiculite.

fanning is a good idea in itself, but i personally find it too taxing. you're better off using a monotub with holes and polyfil, or even rr's recently unveiled fruiting chamber (which i plan on using next). you should do something that doesn't require so much maintnance. it seems like you're just now starting out. if you go with the aquarium deal you'll find out soon enough. the more fae, the bigger the fruits, and you're just not going to get it with your setup.
