HELP! I bruised my birdseed!!!

I just shook my birdseed jars to break up the myc. so it would pour and while I was shaking the last jar I look over and all of the seed in the other jars have turned BLUE!!!

Is this detrimental? Can I still use them?

Please don't tell me I've been playing with horse shit for two days for nothing.

it should be fine if its the mycelium thats bluing...are you casing them or using them as spawn? either way it should be ok...

your all good next tim be carful not to beat it up so much although ive been known to beat the shit out of them sometimes. sometimes there so hard to break.

Im using EQs and they never bruise. The mycelium just gets moist and it turns clear. My cultured peatries didn't show much rizomorpic growth either so do you think this means that the strain was degenerated?
