Mystery Strain LSQW?

After receiving some prints many months ago, they laid dormant until recently. Now I can't remember what I ordered, or who from!

All I know is the little bags say "TAZ" (Tazmanian) and "LSQW". They arrived sandwiched in a card that had a happy face on it and said "Thank you" or something similar. The tags are hand written stick on tags, very small. Does anyone have any help for me? I've contacted Mush Mush, and Ryche - but they say they use printed labels with the full names. However, I was pretty sure they were Mush Mush.

Any help on this? Or at least know of someone that labels/ships like that? "LSQW" is all I have to go on for the mystery strain.
