Its been almost 5 weeks since I innoculated EQs only 3 of 7 are done. What gives? They are inncubated at right temps.

Ummm... What's your substrate? What size jars are you using? If you're doing pf cakes then you can loosen the lids a bit to allow some gas exchange. That should speed things up a bit.

With extensive colonization time periods, I find the culprit was usually too much water. When I've added extra water to my formulas I find that this usually results in poor initial colonization and eventually contams since it sat volnerable for so long.
