looking for Simple TeK

Ok, heres the deal.. I ordered the usual substrates from Peruvian Journey.. Verm, Brf, and i got some perlite.. since peruvian is delaying there orders 2 - 4 weeks i would like to grow a little on the side before that gets here. I need a different tek that doesnt use those and which substrates u can find in your town.. P.S. i got 2 hawaiians syringes from PF ..
