WEll...
I don't think there's actually lessons on exactly how to grow shrooms (of the good kind that is); but, they'll be three workshops taught by this guy named John Corbin entitled "Growing Mushrooms on Straw: Workshops I, II, & III. This is where I think they'll be some interesting information found.
Anyway...if anyone who's going would like to do some note taking for us here on the board I'd certainly appreciate a peek over your shoulder when you get back.

THe growing mushrooms on straw workshop is about oyster mushroom cultivation. Everyone who wants one can take home a bag of innoculated oyster straw. Rest assured there will be plenty of people with foafs interested in all types of shrooms. All questions will be answered. John Corbin is very knowledgeable, and nice too.
