you'll be glad to know that legislation is in the works to add yet another tobacco tax which will boost the cost of smokes yet another dollar.

Somehow I have a hard time feeling sorry for you Zepphead...Here in Canada I pay $10 for a pack of smokes...it's cheaper to smoke weed than tobacco.

I think 69 cents to the dollar. hmm lets see. Something at my work taht costs 4.90 Canadian costs 3.50 American. Too dosed up on Tylenol 3's to do the math.
