Any Terence McKenna fans?

My favourite McKenna book is 'True Hallucinations', a book about a trek to the Amazon, in search of 'oo-koo-hee', an oral DMT containing mixture, used by the Witoto tribe. Instead, Terence, his brother Dennis, and friends find psilocybe cubensis growing in the cow pastures of La Chorrerra.
What follows is expriment with the mushroom and MAO inhibitors found in B.Cappii.
A bloody good read!

The Archaic Revival is another fine read, a collection of Terences writings.

Invisible Landscapes, is a book I did not get along with, too damn technical!

Good luck

i read archaic revival. I liked how it demonstrated alot of his different ideas, and how i could be reading it and relate and click with certain ideas and then also be thinking to myself "this guy has eaten way to much acid" heheh its a good book. I've been meaning to read true hallucinations

I liked Food of the Gods, it's the only book of his I've read.
I didn't think he actually wanted to outlaw sugar and caffeine... Wasn't he just discussing the role they played in society and the economy, past and present?
Maybe I'm not remembering correctly, no big deal.
