Shiny Shit In Jar...Need Help.

I recently innoculated my first batch of Jars...10 of 24 did not take, but the other 14 are doing very well...I noticed on the bottom of many of my jars, there are small shiny gold/copper spots. They always occur under an innoculation site (Often four evenly spaced spots). They appear in both the jars that took, and those that did not, and always in the same places next to the glass in the bottom edges.

My initial assumption would be some sort of spore buildup from what dripped down during innoculation, but really I have not a clue. I'm only a week in, so any help would be much appreciated.
