Spray some H2O2(hydrogen Peroxide) on it...if it dissolves its mold if not most likely myc.

so cob web is curable? and if so how long should it take get noticeable results after the spritz?

You should see results almost immediately, cobweb mold literally melts away before your eyes when you apply 3% H2O2.

well it dident really disapear at all.. i pinched a peice off and it smells like magic. so think its fine?

how quick did the spots appear and what is the growth rate?
if it took some time, youre fine, if it appeared over night, or in 1 or 2 days, it could be cobweb

at the top right is a green mold, but all the other is obviously healthy cobweb.
