I've decided to scrap the all nut diet and now I'm going to just eat cereal with soy milk.

That doesn't sound like a healthy balanced diet to me.

Eating nothing but cereal and soy milk is going to be utterly dull and wearisome. I suggest you find something more flexible, something with a little bit more variety.

Maybe I could put fruit, nuts or granola in the cereal to make it interesting. I think I can live with cereal, when I'm stoned, and I'm always stoned, I always feel like eating cereal. I like grape nuts.

Fruit is a good idea.
Just do something to add some taste man. Otherwise you're going to be so tempted to eat other foods.

I could use "lite" soy milk and eat the cereals that are fortified with vitamins, you know, the healthy stuff. Maybe it might not be that healthy but I'm sure it is more healthy than what I eat now. Mostly greasy food, it's starting to make me sick thinking of the shit I eat. It's hard when there are so many fast food places around here.

Google balanced diet, and eat what it tells you.
You are clearly unable to create a sensible diet on your own.

All-anything diets are retarded.
There's no one food that can even come close to supplying all your micro- and macronutrients.
Why would you even try these diets?

I know a guy that lived solely on 2 liters of milk a day for 20 years. Fresh from the cow with no pasteurization.
But hey what ever.
I also know people that eat only micro nutrients from plants like spirolena, and fruits and veggies.

Everything with balance, man.
Why not just add an ass-load of cereal to a balanced diet? Should be a nice treat for your heart and lipid profile.
Ideally, you want to avoid all the extremes. I don't believe in fasting, pure juice diets or anything like that. Though I can appreciate a small fast or detoxification protocol if it's short and well-thought out. I don't really see any benefit to eating nothing but cereal lol

going from one extreme to the other only sets you up into a cycle.
what you should do is start making your own food. Buy whole grain / multigrain breads, turkey, chicken, mustard, horseradish, lettuce, etc. Also get some fresh ground peanut butter (its usually in the deli, not the shelf), and some fruit-sweetened jelly (if you like pb&j).
lots of water + soy milk, cut out juice, soft drinks, etc.
keep in mind, soy is high in protein, and going overboard (i.e. drinking more than 1/2 gallon in 1 day) has the same digestive effects (if you get what i mean) as eating lots of other high-protein foods (like meat, or beans).
I don't see why you would have to limit yourself to cereal, that sounds like a lazy fuckin lifestyle if you can't take the time to nourish yourself. Perhaps you should postpone the diet until after you get some more important shit together.

For spiritual reasons. He started when he was 18, he is now a Hindu Saint, with his own ashram.. He travels the world and teaches people about Hinduism. He sells Persian rugs to support his travels, and also lives on donations.
He sat along side a road, on a holly pilgrimage route, for 20 years, praying and reading the book. Learning the book and meditating. He is now 70+ years old light as a feather and very happy and peaceful.
He sat with me and we talked and i told him how my life has been playing out. Told him about some of my trials, he simply told me it was my Karma. Like attracts like. Thats the meaning of Karma. The energy you put out into the world comes back to you. It's simple. Think good, do good, and life is good. Think negative, do negative, and attract the negative. Attachment is a negative feeling. Like the saying, if you love something set it free.

When i first met him, there was nothing on the net. Now 4 years later there is a tone of stuff. I see his purity is moving out into the world in waves encompassing the world.
He also cooked me the best tasting meal i have ever had!!!!!

To Hindus, I suppose. I've always been told that human beings don't digest lactose well.
I can't imagine anybody on an all-milk diet suffering no ill effects, but to each his own.

I've read otherwise. Like only baby calves need cow milk. And only babies need milk from their own species to fully develop.

Notice that babies now are developing autism. 1 in 150 nation wide, and 1 in 95 in Nj. Doctors also give mother the option of an early C section. They also try to tell the Mother to give their child formula.

correct.
I won't even get into all the growth hormones (rbGH and others) and shit involved, and the reported cases of cows giving milk with pus in it from infected udders and etc.
this quote says it best:
Quote:
"It's not natural for humans to drink cow's milk. Humans milk is for humans. Cow's milk is for calves. You have no more need of cow's milk than you do rats milk, horses milk or elephant's milk. Cow's milk is a high fat fluid exquisitely designed to turn a 65 lb baby calf into a 400 lb cow. That's what cow's milk is for!" --Dr Michael Klaper MD

I only drink whole organic milk, unpasteurized when i am near a local farmer. I swear it's great, can't be un healthy. You get all the essential fatty acids and minerals. Maybe it's not the "best" food. But it's damn for sure good for you. If i could by titty milk at the store, i probably would, but probably only if it was chocolate milk.
