the key word is 'value'.

Value is subjective. If something is valueable then it must be valuable to someone. Value is something positive, if something has value then it is important. Nature is not positive nor negative, it simply 'is', and 'what is' is what's important. We are nature, there is no division between us and nature, the division lies only in our mind.

or in the double meaning of the word that we have been arguing over...
mans behaviour is natural, as in we are created by nature
although mans behaviour is unnatural in that it defies the principles of give and take that characterise nature. we attempt to change this 'karma' if you will, through our self-centred actions, and as someone put it the nuclear bomb could well be 'nature's' creation to restore the 'natural' balance
