What does the first sign of pinning look like kinda like fluffy knots? any help would be appreciated thanks

More like little tiny knots of mycelium forming. The rhyzo. turns a little knotty. Its hard to see on cakes IMO>

sweeeeettt!!!! I have knots they are soft i accidently touched one but they do look like mycelium forming knots so i guess all is good!!! best part is its only been 2 days since birthed!!!!!!! thanks for info

Leave them untill they grow mature fruits, then you can touch them (only to pick the shrooms)

ohh btw i figured i would update this but i got my first signs of pins today on one of my cakes i have 2 very small but healthy shrooms and like 4 other small pinheads !!!!!!!!!!
