what do you think?

i pressure cooked a whole bunch of quart jars of rye grain a while ago, but had to let them sit for the last 2 weeks before i could inoculate them. do you think these jars are still ok to inoculate? i kept the lids on upside down with a filter disk when i coocked them and havent allowed them any way to become contaminated since. my only concern is that they may have dried out a bit somehow and now there isnt enough water in the jars. what do you think???
