How to get rid of these bugs in my jars?!?!?

I've been using BRF and finchseed to make jars. Over the winter, I had great results and easy temperature management of the terrarium. Now that summer is setting in, I've got these extremely small flying bugs that are entering my jars via the holes in the lids and depositing eggs in my verm which are then turning into larvae that are crawling around in my jars. It's all pretty gross. I'm now starting to try tyvek again (failed attempt previously). But I've already got a sizeable number of jars that are falling prey to these pests.

What to do? Leave them in there? Toss the jars?

I'm also worried about my fruiting chamber. It's not sealed and I've already seen one of those flying bugs in there. I would hate for these worms to be crawling around in my casings.

Appreciative of any suggestions,

Wow thats bizarre.

Id say just get some bug spray! Use the filter discs as well.

Keep everything indoors. Unless you have bugs flyin around your house?

Theyre probably fungus gnats......your best bet is to keep the area clean.....if theyre living in the soil of some of your house plants try a pyrethrins spray(not on the shrooms) and move the plants away from your jars(different room)....also filter disks or tyveck would fix the problem too..........
