Which side of the jar faces up during incubation?

Hey,

I need to clarify what side of the jar faces up-words while Mycelium grow? You innoculate throught the top and then leave them in that orrientation?

Yep leave your jars upside up. Where you inoculate should stay up during incubation and fruiting, provided you're just fruiting the cake.

When you birth your cakes and they start pinning, you can readjust the position.

Interestingly enough, I've seen many cakes that were stood on thier sides and the mushrooms would first start underneath where it was darkest.
