DUde you've already asked this question, and you ask a lot of questions that can be read in the archives and faq. I understand your paranoia about getting some decent flushes so I help you out...

All I have to say is keep it simple. I have found being simple is the best way on doing things as for cubie growing. They are actually considered one of the easiest mushrooms int he world to grow indoors.

99% is high, but thats what you want during pre-pinning. After you start seeing pins, start fanning more through the day, or get a pump in there.
