Any Soul fans in the house?

I heard an Emerson college radio soul program last night, and I think I should probably listen to more soul.
Anybody have good recommendations?
Right now i'm downloading the best of James Brown, some Marvin Gaye, and a couple of soul collections.

If you like James Brown check out Tower of Power, it's a funk band. You will either love them or hate them, probably.

But yes, very good.

Here's the most spectacular soul song in the universe (seriously):
http://rapidshare.com/files/18292041/The_All_Night_Workers_-_Why_Don_t_You_Smile_Now__Reed__Sims__Vance__Phillips_.flac
I refuse to compress it to MP3...you'll need this to play the file:
http://www.foobar2000.org/
MAC users: http://cogosx.sourceforge.net/
[If you're not familiar with rapidshare: click the "free" option; you should then see a timer counting down somewhere; after it finishes, a bunch of options should appear--choose the one with the smallest number (faster download time), fill out the CAPTCHA, and download the file.]

rapidshare catchas have gotten so cryptic lately, that you'll often have to try three times before you get it right, with a minute wait in between.
And here I was thinking that the thread was about fans of David Soul.

Link me to a torrent, or something.
That site seems like a pain in the ass.
It said invalid download or something.

Lee Fields Don't know if that's soul. Maybe more funk? I don't know, soul and funk go hand in hand anyway.

It's a pain-in-the-ass, but that's because it's free. The download is working--click the link and then scroll down and choose the "Free" option; it should then bring you to a page with a timer:

Wait for the timer to finish, and after it does, you should be presented with a bunch of options--it doesn't matter which one you choose (the smaller the number the faster the download time). Just choose one of those options and type out the fuzzy letters in the box (the CAPTCHA), and download the file.

And how can you use Bit Torrent to just share files? I only know how to upload to trackers...
And, like I said, you'll need special software to play and/or convert it (you can convert it to MP3 if you want, but if you're just gonna burn it, convert it to WAV [or AIFF if using a MAC])
