Would the spores be OK

Ok. Now I know when you have contamination one should not consume the fruited bodies and what not for a couple of reasons. This is my question (and I'll probably get flamed for it, I know).

I have this casing that got contaminated. So I set it aside (don't ask me why I didn't throw it out, I dont know). Now this thing has been doused with water/alcohol mix, water/H2O2 mix, and of course it had the contamination. And now it's pinning again despite all the torment I have put it through. So I already know the mushrooms are no good but if the mushies get big enough would the spores be ok to make a print? Or would the contam toxins carry over to the spores as well and affect a future spwn run? I've never seen anything like this asked before so I figured I would be the first to ask the question. Any comments?

the spores would be ok to print. The mushrooms might be unfit to eat, but the toxins in the mushrooms (the mushrooms might not have a problem with it, but you might have a severe reaction to these same toxins) The contam won't continue if you make a print as long as there is no mold under the gills or anything.

Ok, this is how it starts out. It always starts on top of the casing layer. It's really thin and stringy, like you can barely see it. Then after a while it starts to turn like a really light green. Before it turns green it looks like cobweb and then after that I don't know what the hell it is.

Sounds like penicillum (sp?).
I wouldn't print them.
Moulds usually emit millions of spores, and if you are at the stage where it has turned green, then it's producing spores. Some of these are bound to end up on the gills, and therefore the print.
Do you not have any other casings you can take prints from??

Yeah, I have 4 other casings getting ready to pin. I was just thinking since I can't get decent mushies from this casing maybe salvaging them for prints would be a good idea to get at least a little something out of it. I mean I didn't even intend on it to pin again after all the crap i've put it through then these pins decided to show up so I figured I ran into a win win situation. I don't know maybe it's not a good idea. I'm starting to think it isn't.
