Casing hasn't pin

I cased some bird seed with 50/50 plus casing and it started coming through and then it looked liked it sealed so i forked it but still have no pins there is condesation on the sterlite container i have it in any ideas also gets 12 hours of light a day.

Cover the casing with tinfoil (Not the casing the top of the container) put in fridge for 12- 24 hours, sometimes the cool will iniate pinns.
