How many cakes in a coffee can?

How many cakes should you put into a coffee can to case? Will the substrate layer have to be thick? Or would it be better yeilds to leave as cakes? I mean a can is not that big but I bet there would be a lot of fun guys comng out still. What do YOU think.

Hi-

I'm curious why you'd want to case in a coffee can? Are you just trying to hide your hobby, or did someone tell you to do this? My dog's friend's sister's priest's boyfriend who saw ferris pass out at the 31 flavors last night likes casing over cakes, however, if this is your first time at the hobby, you will want to do the cake method. If you are going to case, use something made of plastic (it won't rust like the metal containers will).

make the substrate layer about 2'' deep then add a 1'' casing layer.
