Backup Program for Flash Drive?

I am trying to find a program that will backup my flash drive whenever I insert it into my computer. I did some searching and all I can find are programs which back up the hard drive to the USB. I have a lot of important school files on my flash drive and I would like it to be backed up on my hard drive without having to manually drag all the new files over to my hard disk. Any information would be appreciated, thanks.

You're using Windows, I take it? Then I dunno.
In Linux it would be a relatively simple matter to write a script that mounts and copies at once...

I couldn't get the 'copy' as an option for some reason, but I did find a great solution here. It involves making a batch file and having it autorun that. Works like a charm! Thanks for the help guys.
