I have a 20 gallon fish tank that has a fitted plexie top. I plan to case a myco bag in it. I know after I case it the humitdity an temp needs to be high and when I start to pin I need to keep the humidity up and the temp down a bit. I was going to take the top off to lower the temp but how do I keep the humidity up with no top on?

You actually lower your temp, and raise your humidity at the pre-pinning stage.

After its pinned, then you lower your humidity. Keep your temp the same through the process. The lid is going to release heat, but most will probably still be let out by the glass.
