How can I make an Incubator ?

How can I make an Incubator easily, and cheaply?
Also sumthing that has the lowest fire hazard, I really don't need my house burning down !

I find the easiest is to buy a coleman cooler, for like 10 bucks. Get a glass jug of some sort and a small aquarium heater and put it in the jug of water. It works good.

second one would be to buy two of the same size rubbermaid containers, and stack them. The one on the bottom (with no lid, the other one sitting inside it) would have a submirsible (sp) aquarium heater and water, and the other one on top would have your jars with the lid on. Prolly need some insulation around it though, thats why I just like the cooler idea.
