substrate for azures???

ive read many posts on this but i just wanted to get a couple of ideas for a good substrate form people that have actually grown them

mainly just wandering if a millet saw dust substrate would work then transfer to woodchips after or even if you put saw dust in the substarte at all

also

will pan trops col on millet??? then transfer to dung casing
because ralphster said to use finch seed ------- just wandering


im just looking for some opinoins

Haven't grown em, but i know you should start the spores or culture onto grain, transfer to soaked beech chips/sawdust and then transfer that to larger woodchips in an outdoor bed.

Finchseed and millet are basically the same thing.
