Trim your neck and the rest will grow out of the itchy stage.

I'm clean shaven.
Most I've ever allowed was some stubble on my chin. I didn't like it much, so I shave daily now.

Generation Hex is a collection of essays, both practical and autobiographical, which explore the overwhelming levels of interest in magic and shamanism in youth culture.
i find it pretty interesting, maybe you'll like it.

I grew a beard for about a year (only trimmed it a few times in that period to shape it up a little), but sadly I don't have it at the moment. Flying into America in a month, so I REALLY want to enter and leave with the minimal amount of hassle possible. Basically, I want to look as less like a terrorist as I can.
Gonna grow it when I get back though

That's that architect from the Dis-Info TV series. Some badass art and ideas from that guy.

I've heard of him, didn't he fall out of a tree and break his leg, possibly amputated aswell? He had some story with fortean times about his theories on why it happened, in a wheelchair right? book sounds cool, will hunt it down

I've been wearing a beard for 5 or 6 years now. I shaved clean a few months ago and was not impressed at all. I don't feel like myself without a beard. I doubt I'll shave it off for several years now that it is back in all its heady glory.

Not too long. Maybe a few months to get the base growth and a few months more to get some extra badass length

Ive always got a beard. When I do a close shave my skin gets hellishly irritated and I look about 15 years old. So I never do close shaves. And then I get lazy and cant manage to shave for another three weeks, supposedly making me look 25... And with the goatee everyone thinks Im 26 or 27, very consistent numbers....
