has anyone used a grain tek other than brf and not used a pressure cooker??? in regards to a 1/2 pint brf/verm, when is a good time to flip over the jar.??

also, does anybody have a good recipe for preparing/sterilizing coir??? I dont have it yet -are there different kinds???what exactly do I look for??
