kind of bulk growing

i have a 10 gallon terrarium,
and what i want to do is buy orgranic cow manure from kmart (its cheap!), and bake it for an hour or 2.
then when im ready to case my cakes, i would mix the manure with the jiffymix on the top layer of casing...
if i do everything really sterile, do you think it will come out okay?

Sounds Ok to me. Actually what I do is pasturize my dung for about an hour on the stove. Then when its cooled down i put half the manure in my pan. Add the spawn and mix it together real well. Lastly I take the rest of the manure and spread it evenly on the mixed layer and case. Works great I think. I do all this with the oven tek and I have never had a problem with contams.
