Lysol Damage

Hey.. Have any of you damaged you cakes by using lysol.. Im planning on using it on the pans im using for casing and directly on the gloves that ill be handling the cakes with.. Any opinions

Let it evaporate completely. I use 91% alcohol on containers, hands, etc. and spray lysol in the air EVERYWHERE. Having said that, I recently switched to Clorox spray just cuz it claims to keep killing bacteria for 24 hours. it doesn't smell as strong (chemical fumey) either.

I myself spray lysol in the air everywhere, but i ask you, how long do u wait for the lysol to drt until you start whatever youur doing?

use RUBBING ALCOHOL to clean all surfaces (my preference, I do not use lysol)

I use oust for the air :wink:

lysol has petrolium in it which mutates the mushroom make-up. it ends up causeing mutants

I never use Lysol or oust,I have a spray bottle with alcohol and a spray bottle with bleach solution,I have had less contamination this way,nothing to mutate my mushies and I wont catch on fire again,is a win/win situation :thumbup:
