Quick question

I am looking for gypsum online. want to inocu some jars tomarrow night. The wheat berries are soaking right now. But I cant find any raw gypsum suppliers. Where casn I get the stuff? I will be in Brooklyn & NYC looking for it. Can someone please help?

you should be able to get by without it. dude used rye berries and gets by without the gypsum.

Yep, I havent had any problems with birseed and it is even more prone to clumping.
